All Guntersville residents are invited to come to the Guntersville Harbor at 3:30 PM on Sunday, November 7, to give a big North Alabama welcome to each of these 15 yachts when they parade through the harbor with our wounded veteran guests on deck waving to those on shore.
The City of Guntersville will be closed in observance of Veteran's Day, below is the alternate trash and recycling schedule.

We will make a “weather call” regarding the Memorial Day Service at Veterans Park on Monday, May 26, 2025 about 10:00 AM. If the weather is bad, we will move the Memorial Day Program to Town Hall, 334 Blount Avenue at 2:00 PM.
