Businesses have till January 31st 2019 to renew their license without a penalty. After February 1st a 15% penalty will added and after March 1st a 30% penalty will be added along with an additional simple interest of 1% charged per month after January 31st for each delinquent account. New Year’s Week
All residents with regular Monday recycling will be service on New Year’s Eve, Monday, December 31, 2018. The City of Guntersville offices will be closed on Tuesday, January 1, 2019. Residents with regular Tuesday recycling will receive service on Wednesday (Jan. 2). Gunter’s Landing will also receive garbage service on Wednesday. All other garbage services will resume on the normal schedule.
City of Guntersville offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holidays on Thursday–Friday, November 22-23, 2018.
All residents will receive recycling service on Monday. Residents with regular Thursday garbage will receive service on Tuesday and those with regular Friday garbage will receive service on Wednesday. Gunter’s Landing will receive garbage service on Tuesday.
