City of Guntersville Offices will be closed on Monday, Jan. 21 in observance of the MLK holiday. Recycling service will be one day late. Regular Monday recycling service will be on Tuesday and regular Tuesday recycling service will be on Wednesday. Garbage pickup will be on the regular schedule.
Businesses have till January 31st 2019 to renew their license without a penalty. After February 1st a 15% penalty will added and after March 1st a 30% penalty will be added along with an additional simple interest of 1% charged per month after January 31st for each delinquent account.
