Residential garbage pickup will be delayed today Friday 28th due to the transfer station in Albertville being down. The hope is that it will be back up and running around lunch and pickup will resume ASAP. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.
TVA will continue implementation of its Aquatic Plant Management Program on Guntersville Reservoir during the week of July 2nd – 6th , 2018. This will include areas along residential and commercial shoreline as part of the Lake Guntersville Stakeholder Program as well as developed public access areas. Those areas scheduled for treatment can be found below. Treatments will be made in no particular order and are weather dependent. For a list of areas treated during 2018 as well as treatment area maps, please visit tva.com/aquaticplants under “Aquatic Weeds Treatment Schedule”.
