Guntersville Reservoir Herbicide Treatment Schedule
TVA will continue implementation of its Aquatic Plant Management Program on Guntersville Reservoir during the week of June 17th-21st, 2019. This will include areas along residential and commercial shoreline as part of the Lake Guntersville Stakeholder Program as well as developed public access areas. Those areas scheduled for treatment can be found below. Treatments will be made in no particular order and are weather dependent. 2018 Good Friday Garbage & Recycling Schedules
The City of Guntersville will be closed on Good Friday, March 30, 2018. The modified schedule for sanitation services for this week are as follows:
All recycling will be on the normal schedule. Residents with regular Thursday garbage will receive service on Wednesday and regular Friday garbage will receive service on Thursday. Gunter’s Landing garbage will be on its regular schedule.
Closed January 15 for MLK Day – Modified Recycling & Garbage Schedule
The City of Guntersville will be closed on Monday, January 15, in honor of the Martin Luther King Jr Day of Service.
Recycling service will be one day late. Residents with regular Monday recycling service will be on Tuesday (includes garbage and recycling for Gunter’s Landing) and residents with regular Tuesday recycling service will be on Wednesday.
