Temporary Closures Due to the Hydrofest
**Road Closures – Friday, June 25th from 9:00am until Sunday, June 27th at 12:00 midnight the following roads will be closed (open only to HydroFest personnel and residents of the areas):From the intersection of Sunset Drive and Highway 69 along Sunset Drive to Willow Beach at the Water Treatment Plant, and Patterson Street from O’Brig Ave to Sunset Drive.
**Boat Ramps – The John Stewart Launch at Tom Jackson Park along with the Browns Creek Jaycee Boat Ramp will be closed from 12:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 24th through 5:00 a.m. on Monday June 28th
**Recreation Center Area – The Recreation Center including the pool will be closed this Friday, Saturday and Sunday (June 25th, 26th, and 27th)
Guntersville Reservoir Herbicide Treatment Schedule June 28th- July 2nd, 2021
TVA will continue its Aquatic Plant Management Program on Guntersville Reservoir for the 2021 season during the week of June 28th through July 2nd, 2021. This will include areas along residential and commercial shoreline as part of the Lake Guntersville Stakeholder Program as well as developed public access areas. Those areas scheduled for treatment can be found below. Treatments will be made in no particular order and are weather dependent.
