10% for On Premises Consumption: Every licensee authorized to sell liquor shall pay an additional license tax of ten (10) percent of gross receipts on the sale of liquor for On Premises Consumption which privilege or license tax is hereby expressly levied.
8% for Off Premises Consumption: Every licensee authorized to sell liquor shall pay an additional license tax of eight (8) percent of gross receipts on the sale of liquor for Off Premises Consumption which privilege or license tax is hereby expressly levied.
These payments are to be made on/by the fifteenth day of the calendar month next succeeding the calendar month for the gross sales made by the licensee during such preceding calendar month. You can make your payment in person, over the phone, or mail it in. We accept cash, check, money order or credit card.
