If you are interested in selling alcohol at your business you must first contact the City Clerk’s Office regarding the application process. Per City ordinance it is unlawful for any person to have in his/her possession any alcoholic beverages, within the City of Guntersville, Alabama for the purpose of sale, or to sell, or keep for sale, or offer for sale, without first having procured from the city a license therefore.
